For over 50 years Sprint filter has produced increasingly innovative
products made using the most sought-after and technologically
advanced materials: from aluminium and steel we moved on to
materials in polyurethane (compact, expanded and rigid),
going onto work with plastic materials of all kinds,
even carbon and Kevlar.
The entire manufacturing procedure for making our products
is done internally, using sophisticated design and production equipment.
Designed using advanced 3D CAD/CAM systems,
our intake filters and systems are made using moulds
developed using digitallycontrolled machinery and are s
ubsequently made using modern machinery for moulding plastic materials and delivering polyurethane.
